Web Access — DynaMed is an online hosted database that can be accessed by users from workstations located throughout a subscribing institution, as well as from anywhere internet access is available outside of the primary institutional location.
Mobile Access — DynaMed is available as a mobile application, compatible with devices such as the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Android Smartphone, BlackBerry, Microsoft Windows Phone and Palm.
EMR Integration — Easy integration with all Electronic Health/Medical Records (EHR/EMR), decision support and patient record applications is available via the EBSCOhost Integration Toolkit (EIT), as well as various other integration options.
Partner Access — EBSCO has partnered with organizations to enable our mutual customers to access content via multiple interfaces and access points. Partners include:
- Lexi-Comp — DynaMed and Lexi-Comp subscribers have the option to set up integrated access to all content in both databases. This feature enables DynaMed users to easily access Lexi-Comp’s current and clinically-relevant drug information, including drug reference, drug interaction tools and hospital formulary drug lists directly from DynaMed. Lexi-Comp ONLINE users can easily access the evidence-based clinical summaries and medical calculators in DynaMed. This bi-directional linking functionality provides our mutual customers with quick and easy access to both resources. - Zynx — DynaMed and Zynx subscribers have the option to set up integrated access to DynaMed content directly from ZynxOrder. This integration enables quick access to the latest evidence-based information while creating, maintaining and updating order sets.
