Q. How do I change my username?
Click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. Then, select "Edit My Account Settings" on the far right, replace the existing username with your new username, and click  "Save."

Q. How do I reset my password?
 To reset your password, click here to enter your username or email address. You will be sent directions via email.

Q. How do I know when my subscription ends?
Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. Then, select the "Subscription Information" tab to view the expiration date listed.

Q. How do I change my billing information?
Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" link at the top of the page. Then, select "Edit My Personal Information" to edit.

Q. How do I get a free trial of DynaMed?
Please complete the DynaMed free trial form.

Q. I have completed my free trial and want to subscribe; what do I do?
First, log in to the account you set up for the free trial. Then, click here to select the type of subscriber you are and follow the steps to complete your subscription.

Q. How do I renew my subscription?
Once you are logged in, click on the "My Account" link in the upper right. Then, select the "Subscription Information" tab to view your subscription type and click on the "Renew now" link.
